About Master Exhaust House
We move air out of the places where work gets done.
Industrial ventilation and evaporative cooling equipment for Bangladesh — exhaust fans, air coolers, dehumidifiers and air curtains, sized to the building rather than picked off a catalogue page.

Who we are
A ventilation supplier that asks about your floor before it quotes.
Master Exhaust House supplies, installs and services industrial ventilation and cooling equipment for factories, warehouses, poultry sheds and commercial buildings across Bangladesh. Our range covers heavy-duty exhaust fans, cone fans, evaporative air coolers, industrial dehumidifiers and air curtains.
Most ventilation problems we are called in to fix are not equipment failures. They are sizing failures — a fan rated for a storeroom installed on a 900 m² production floor, or a cooler placed where the air has nowhere to leave. So we start with the room: its area, its height, what happens inside it, and how many times an hour that air needs replacing. The equipment follows from the number.
That is also why every quotation we send names the airflow figure it is built on. If the assumption is wrong, you can see it before the units are on site rather than after.

What we supply
The range, by what it can actually move.
Equipment is grouped by capacity, not by model name — because the first question in any enquiry is how much air has to shift, and how large a space it has to serve.
| Equipment | Capacity | Typically installed in |
|---|---|---|
| Industrial exhaust fan | airflow range m³/hr | Production floors, warehouses, workshops |
| Cone exhaust fan | airflow range m³/hr | Poultry sheds, greenhouses, large open spans |
| Evaporative air cooler | 18,000 – 30,000 m³/hr | Open and semi-open workspaces, assembly halls |
| Industrial dehumidifier | 60 – 480 L/day | Storage rooms, humidity-sensitive production |
| Air curtain | width / speed | Entrances, loading bays, cold-room doors |
| Ventilation fan | airflow range m³/hr | Kitchens, welding bays, enclosed utility rooms |
How a system gets sized
Three numbers decide the fan. Everything else is selection.
Required airflow (m³/hr)
= floor area (m²)
× ceiling height (m)
× air changes per hour (ACH)
Air changes per hour is the only judgement call in the formula, and it comes from what the space is used for — not its size. A cold store and a welding bay of identical volume need very different fans.
Worked example — garments floor
- Floor area
- 900 m²
- Ceiling height
- 3.5 m
- Volume
- 3,150 m³
- Air changes per hour
- 30
- Required airflow
- 94,500 m³/hr
Covered by three exhaust fans at roughly 32,000 m³/hr each, positioned against the prevailing inlet side so the air crosses the floor instead of short-circuiting back out.
How an order runs
From enquiry to handover, in four stages.
Site details
Floor area, height, what is produced inside, existing openings, and power available. A phone call is usually enough; for larger floors we visit.
Sizing and quotation
We calculate the airflow requirement and quote the unit count and model against it. The airflow figure is printed on the quotation so the assumption is visible.
Supply and installation
Delivery and fitting by our own installation team, including opening preparation, mounting frames and electrical connection.
Service and spares
Replacement pads, belts, motors and pumps held for the models we supply, with servicing on call after handover.
Where our equipment runs
Industries we supply across Bangladesh.

Tell us the room. We will size the system.
Floor area, ceiling height and what happens inside — that is enough to come back with an airflow figure and a unit count.
